Through this hands-on exposure, Ashutosh identified a critical gap between academic learning, practical skill development, and job readiness. Driven by a learner-first and outcome-oriented vision, he founded SkillsSetu to deliver industry-relevant training, hands-on practical exposure, and structured placement support.
